Adding products to the website cart does not place an order or guarantee availability. Submitting website checkout creates an order in our system and an order reference, but fulfilment remains subject to stock, delivery availability, material pricing errors and the protections set out below.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service apply when you visit or use the Zayt w Mouneh website, create a customer account, use Google sign-in, participate in Mouneh Points, place an order, purchase or send a gift, or otherwise use our customer services. By using those services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Customer accounts
You must provide accurate and current account information, including a valid name, email and phone number. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your email, Google account, device and credentials. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, correct rewards abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.
Products, prices and order confirmation
We aim to keep product descriptions, pack sizes, images and prices accurate. Packaging, appearance, origin details, stock and product information may change, and occasional errors may occur. Product images are illustrative of the product or packaging and may not always reflect the exact delivered batch.
Website checkout displays totals calculated from the selected products and sizes, any applicable rewards, and the delivery rules currently configured on the website. Prices, availability and the final total are rechecked when the order is placed. Stock, substitutions, delivery availability and material pricing errors remain subject to review, and we may contact you if an issue affects fulfilment.
When you submit website checkout, the website creates your order and provides an order reference. Placing an order does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled; Zayt w Mouneh may contact you, make an adjustment where legally permitted and agreed where required, or cancel an order where stock, delivery availability, a material pricing error or another legitimate fulfilment issue prevents completion.
Food information, allergens and storage
Customers are responsible for reviewing labels and asking us about ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability, preparation or storage where this is important to them. Product formulations and supplier information can change. Website descriptions and recipe suggestions are general information and are not medical or dietary advice.
If you have a serious allergy or dietary restriction, tell us before the order is confirmed so we can provide the information reasonably available to us. Do not rely solely on photographs or general website copy for allergen decisions.
Delivery
We offer delivery across Lebanon subject to service availability. Website checkout collects your delivery area and address and shows any delivery charge that applies to the order. Delivery timing may vary by area and availability, and any estimate shown or communicated is not guaranteed; traffic, weather, public events, operational conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
You are responsible for providing an accurate phone number, delivery area/address and access instructions, and for ensuring someone can receive the order at the agreed location and time.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is the standard payment method currently offered at website checkout. Unless checkout expressly offers another payment option, you must pay the final order total in cash when the delivery arrives. If another payment method is offered later, the method selected or shown at checkout will apply.
Cancellations, damaged items and order problems
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Whether a confirmed order can be changed or cancelled depends on its preparation and delivery status.
Returns and product issues are handled under our Returns & Product Issues Policy. Unopened change-of-mind requests are normally considered within 10 calendar days of delivery. Visible delivery issues should be reported within 48 hours whenever reasonably possible; that period is recommended, not an automatic rejection cutoff. Genuine quality or safety concerns can still be reported after opening.

Gifts
When placing a gift order, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the recipient information needed for delivery. Gift contents, presentation, card details, substitutions and delivery arrangements remain subject to availability and final confirmation.
Mouneh Points Program Rules
Mouneh Points is Zayt w Mouneh's promotional loyalty program. It is intended to reward genuine customer activity and is governed by the rules below together with any clearly displayed campaign or voucher conditions.
Current standard reward ladder
The first standard reward unlocks at 25 points: $1 off a $10+ eligible order. This table shows the standard reward ladder at the effective date of these Terms. If reward values, minimums, campaigns or earning rates change later, the current details shown in your account apply.
What counts toward points
- Points are calculated from the eligible product subtotal, not from delivery fees.
- If a Mouneh Points voucher or other eligible discount reduces the product subtotal, points are calculated on the remaining eligible value after that discount.
- Active campaign multipliers may increase the earning value of qualifying products or categories before the member tier multiplier is applied.
- Points shown before completion are only a pending estimate. The final amount is settled only when the order is marked Delivered and payment is confirmed Received.
- The order must be linked to the member account to award that member's points. A valid guest-order claim may be linked later where the site offers that option.
- Delivery charges, tips, fees or other non-product charges do not earn Mouneh Points unless the website expressly states otherwise.
Tier calculation
Tier status is based on eligible spend from orders that are both paid and delivered during the current calendar year. Standard members earn at the base rate. Olive Circle starts at $200 of paid and delivered eligible spend and applies a 1.25× order-points multiplier. Golden Pantry starts at $500 and applies a 1.5× multiplier. Cancelled, refunded, unpaid or non-delivered orders do not count toward annual tier spend.
Joining and bonuses
- Verified account required. A member must use a verified account and provide the required account information, including a valid name and phone number.
- Welcome bonus: 10 points when a qualifying customer joins Mouneh Points.
- First paid & delivered order: 20 bonus points once, after the member's first order is both delivered and payment is confirmed received.
- Referral reward: when a referred friend's first qualifying order is at least $25 after discount, is delivered, has payment confirmed received, and passes the program's anti-abuse checks, the referring member receives 50 points and the referred member receives a 20-point welcome bonus. The referral must be linked before the qualifying order is placed, the first qualifying paid-and-delivered order must meet the $25 minimum, and the accounts must use different valid contact numbers. Phone formats are normalized for anti-abuse checks, and retroactive referral linking does not qualify.
- Birthday surprise: 25 points may be available on the birthday saved to the account after at least 30 days of membership, subject to the program's once-per-year controls.
- Verified purchase review: 5 points may be awarded for a qualifying review of a product the member has actually received in a delivered order, subject to the program's review limits.
- Boost campaigns: selected products, categories or periods may earn more than the base rate where an active multiplier campaign is clearly shown.
Vouchers and the Mouneh Points Wallet
Redeeming a reward deducts the required points from your balance and creates a voucher in your Mouneh Points Wallet. A voucher can be used only when its minimum eligible order requirement and any displayed conditions are met. One Mouneh Points voucher may be applied to an order at a time unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. A selected voucher may be reserved while its order is pending. When the order is both delivered and payment is confirmed received, the voucher is marked used. If that order is cancelled before completion, the system is designed to release the reserved voucher back to the wallet.
At the effective date of these Terms, standard points and wallet vouchers do not have an automatic expiry timer in the live program. If expiry rules are introduced later, the current rule will be shown in the rewards interface and these Terms may be updated accordingly.
Points and vouchers have no cash value, are not a bank deposit or payment account, and may not be sold, exchanged for cash or transferred between members unless Zayt w Mouneh expressly introduces such a feature.
Cancellations, refunds and corrections
If an order that generated points or bonuses is later cancelled or refunded, the related positive points may be reversed. If those points were already spent, the account may show a negative points balance until future points restore it. This prevents rewards being retained from an order that was not ultimately completed.
Zayt w Mouneh may make a manual points or voucher correction where reasonably necessary to fix an error, resolve a customer-service issue, reverse duplicate activity, or address fraud or abuse. Any correction is recorded with a reason in the rewards history.
Fair use and program changes
Creating duplicate accounts, using the same person or contact details to manufacture referrals, placing orders without a genuine purchase intention, manipulating reviews, exploiting technical errors, or otherwise attempting to obtain rewards dishonestly is prohibited. We may withhold, reverse, suspend or correct rewards connected to suspected abuse while the issue is reviewed.
We may change earning rates, tiers, reward values, minimum orders, promotions, bonus amounts, eligibility conditions or other program features. Where practical, current rules are displayed in the rewards interface. Changes do not retroactively remove a valid discount already applied to a completed order. If you request account deletion, ask us about any remaining rewards first, because unused points or vouchers may no longer be recoverable after the account is removed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected content at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, manipulate referrals or rewards, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Zayt w Mouneh name, logo, website design, written content, product presentation, photographs and other original materials are owned by Zayt w Mouneh or used with permission, except where third-party rights apply. You may use the website for personal shopping and ordinary sharing, but may not commercially reproduce or exploit protected materials without permission.
Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on services operated by third parties, including Google, WhatsApp/Meta, Instagram, maps, Supabase and Cloudflare. Their availability, security and terms are controlled by those providers. We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.
Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the website and information available and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zayt w Mouneh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website downtime, third-party service failures, or information outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to the service or these Terms
We may improve, modify or discontinue website features and may update these Terms when the business, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest published version. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply from their effective date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Lebanese Republic. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the competent courts of Lebanon, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
